The drum-type mechanical grating uses a circular grating cylinder as the grating surface and is installed in the water channel at an angle of 35° to the horizontal plane. The water to be treated flows into the grating cylinder from the end of the grating and is filtered through the grating. The filter residue larger than the grating gap is filtered. Interception, deposited on the inner surface of the grid, when the water level difference between the inside and outside of the grid reaches a certain value the entire grid cylinder is rotated by a motor. The slag cleaning brush and flushing mechanism above the grid cylinder clean the screen surface and flush the filter residue into the central material trough. The screen residue is lifted by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the tank, pressed and dehydrated in the upper pressing section, and then discharged onto the conveyor belt or in a garbage truck for external transportation. The filter residue after being pressed and dehydrated the solid content can reach 25% to 45%, which plays an important role in reducing transportation costs and preventing secondary pollution,plays an important role.
A. Use the manual method to start: Turn the on-site control cabinet switch to manual, start the grille cleaning machine on site to complete the cleaning action, if any problem occurs, press the red stop button immediately.
B. Use the automatic mode to start: Switch the on-site control cabinet switch to automatic gear, start the grille cleaning machine and automatically complete all cleaning actions at regular intervals.
C. Use remote control mode to start: Switch the on-site control cabinet switch to the remote control position to remotely start the grille cleaning machine to complete all cleaning actions.
